Polls

I know i have this in the Suggestions Forum but im going to show what i mean visually too.

The top shows what the creator sees which should be the results. the bottom is the voters view. Once voters click the see results they no long have the ability to vote once clicked basically its opting out of the voting. (the see results button would apear both on the polls main page and also on the bottom right corner of where the voter can see the previous polls and comments are both on any user pages or the message center)
